Two works approved by the Pontaniana Academy, Naples, Printing House of the Royal University, 1863. 8°, Binding mz. cloth, title in gold on the spine. Rare original edition. The volume contains the first works of three important Neapolitan medical researchers: "Hygienic and medical essays on the nutrition of the common people of Naples" by Achille Spatuzzi and Angelo Somma and "On the nutrition of the common people of Naples" by Errico De Renzi.
