This engraving by Marco Sebastiano Giampiccoli belongs to a series of 36 views of Venetian and Italian cities, as reconstructed by Dario Succi (D. Succi 2013, p. 934). The engravings are based on inventions by Giampiccoli himself, Henry Joinville, Angelo Franciosi, Francesco del Pedro and Gaetano Cavalli.
