Illustrated frontispiece, 23 maps with contemporary colouring of the borders plus 4 in black and white of the globe and spheres, interspersed with 27 maps of explanatory text and handwritten maps, numerous blank maps, scattered foxing, some staining in the margins. Contemporary half-vellum binding with traces of title on the spine, minor defects.
