Half-title, woodcut decorations, folded plate with the city plan drawn by Gaetano Ferratini and engraved by Carlo Pisarri, scattered foxing, tear in the lower margin of the half-title, detached C8 paper, small tear in the plate. Binding in contemporary cardboard, handwritten title on the spine.
