Florence, after Cosimo Giunti, 1605. In 4°. Brand with the Florentine lily on the title page, woodcut initials, woodcut finials and small heads, one of which on f.*4r, depicting the frullone della Crusca, frontispiece with light speckles, marginal flourishes, coeval loose parchment binding.

Piero Crescenzi is considered the greatest agronomist of the Middle Ages. He theorized tagronomic and garden cultivation techniques, thewhose application will determine characteristic elements of the modern agricultural landscape in Italy.
