Printer's brand on the title page, woodcut initials and headers, some annotations by an older hand, slight foxing on the edges, the portrait missing, tear at Y7-8 (pp. 349-352), some small water gora, coeval parchment binding, title manuscript on spine, slight defect. Loose manuscript file at the end of the volume.
