First edition of the famous essay on art criticism by the painter and writer Ardengo Soffici. The essay is fundamental for the analysis and study of the relationship between the author and the futurist movement of which he was a controversial exponent. The principles were initially published in installments in the magazine La Voce of which Soffici was one of the main collaborators.
