Paris, Pierre Didot l'aîné, 1815. In 2nd. 450 x 300 mm.Second edition, largely original, of this work on Tuscan architecture created by two former residents of the French Academy in Rome. The work includes a title page and 109 engraved plates. This edition is enriched by 36 new plates, which correspond to the last six numbers published by Grandjean de Montigny alone, since Famin had withdrawn from the enterprise. Coeval binding in half leather and cardboard, damaged.
