Spaces with guide letters for the initials inscribed in red and blue, woodworm holes, restorations on the white margin of papers f4 and f5 various papers with damp spots, gap compensated in the lower corner on paper ff9, binding in half parchment of the century. XVIII, gusset with gold title on the back, small defects.
Specialist Notes
Very rare original edition of this collection of Sermons traditionally attributed to Nicolaus de Aquaevilla. There is not much information about the author except that he was a Franciscan from the diocese of Lyon. The collection was printed several times in Paris and other places in the late 1500s and 1600s. Girard 231; IBPort 1263; Coll (U) 1283.
