Original edition. The reference is printed at the bottom: "D.L.L. 22-2-1946 - n 43". This is the Lieutenant Legislative Decree referring to the "Reconstruction Loan - 5% Annuity": "Article 1. The bonds of the loan will bear the annual interest of five lire for every hundred lire of nominal capital, payable in half-yearly installments postponed ". Subsequently, on 26 October 1946 the legislative decree n. 262, concerning the issue of a redeemable loan called "Reconstruction Loan - Redeemable 3.50 percent". This loan, with the legislative decree, n. 338 of the & nbsp; April 28, 1947, will be converted into securities of the "5 percent Redeemable Reconstruction Loan".
