Rome, Salviucci Typography, 1842. In 4 °. With 18 copper plates out of text, 4 of which folded, including the large view of Villa Torlonia depicting the raising of the obelisk in front of a large crowd of spectators drawn and engraved by Cottafavi, sporadic blooms and slight stains, protection of the plates with blushing, elegant editorial binding in blue Moroccan, to the plates double frame with embossed gold and dry decoration, in the center the arms of the Torlonia family in gold, on the back smooth friezes and title, golden cuts, pink looks, slight defects. Ex libris nobiliare on the front counterplate.
