First French edition of the only volume of the plates engraved by Tardieu, Delignon, Niquet and Delvaux. They depict monasteries, palaces, costumes, boats, plants, etc. One shows how to capture wild elephants in the forests of Burma and two others represent the indigenous people of Mozambique.
