Seventeenth-century edition of the famous work on which Boccaccio & nbsp; worked for a long time without ever reaching the final draft. It is & nbsp; of a work of mythological erudition in 15 books, written in Latin. The first 13 are organized according to the structure of the families of the pagan gods, the last two contain an exaltation of poetry as a source of truth and salvation. I & nbsp; references are especially Tusculanae and Cicero's De natura deorum .
