Frontespizii con vedutina incisa in rame e 150 tavole calcografiche di M.A. Rooker, Chescham, Woodyer, Fittler e altri su disegno di Sandby, testo in inglese e francese, legatura coeva in pelle maculata con sottile cornice a greca impressa in oro ai pitti, dorso liscio impresso in oro, con tassello, abrasioni e restauri. Ex libris cartaceo al contropiatto: Thomas Sherrard e firme di appartenenza ai frontespizi: Thomas Sherrard e David Henry Sherrard (il figlio).
