Carta di titolo stampata in rosso e nero e con cornice architettonica xilografica, carattere gotico, capilettera ornati, ai margini annotazioni manoscritte di mano antica, mancanti i fascicoli finali q-r8 e s6, gore d’acqua e qualche leggera brunitura, legatura originale con riuso di foglio di pergamena, difetti e mancanze. Firme di appartenenza al frontespizio.
