Two large typographical devices on the title page and colophon, woodcut initials, numerous errors in the numbering, slight foxing and browning, light marginal water stain, small gaps on the first two leaves, flyleaf with several losses, contemporary binding made of recycled manuscript parchment from the 11th century on which 13 and 12 lines of text in Carolingian minuscule are legible on the covers , some small gaps on the covers, partially missing spine, some small stains. Ownership signature on the title page.
