Frontispiece and 15 collotypical color plates, each protected by tissue paper with plate number and flower name in English and Japanese, 3 black and white plates in loose sheets, one of which with Japanese cartouche on the back, slight defects to the paper guard, coeval binding in decorated crepe paper applied on rigid cardboard, title on fabric gusset to the front plate, lacks on the spine, slight defects.

Collection of 15 elegant color images of flowers by the Japanese photographer, typographer and publisher Ogawa Kazumasa (1860-1929), considered one of the pioneers of printing and photomechanical photography.
