[Roma, 1882]. mm. 222 x 160. 4 carte su pergamena, testo in corsivo stampato in rosso e nero e, inquadrato da duplice filetto in rosso, ai margini superiori alle carte 1 e 2 "Bollo straordinario Roma" e "Bai nove Roma", firma manoscritta del protonotaio al verso di carta 4, in fine sigillo cartaceo timbro di registro degli atti, legatura coeva in marocchino marrone, piatti inquadrati da cornice impressa in oro, fiocchi in raso.
