Paris chez the auteur rue Neuve Grange Bateliere et Chereau rue S.t Jacques au grand S.t Remy, 1752. 2 vols. In 2nd. All engraved in copper, with framed frontispieces, portrait of the author by J.G. Will in vol.I, 138 plates, a small woodworm hole that becomes a little larger on plates 23-40 but with little discomfort only on 2 images, some slight bloom, coeval binding in mottled leather, embossed spine with 6 nerves in gold with double gusset, abrasions, some lacks on the backs and edges.
