Accordion album 33.5 x 23.5 cm, made up of 21 sections. Canvas cover with titles printed in gold on the front plate, it consists of 1 title page illustrated by some vignettes and lithograph plan of the route, 1 topographical table of the route in lithography 63 x 21 cm and 20 original albumen photographs 28.2 cm x 21 applied to the front and back of each segment. The plates largely depict viaducts, construction sites and construction phases. § Davide Bertolotti. Journey to Maritime Liguria. Turin, Botta heirs, 1834. Volume one. Large folded paper from Maritime Liguria, 270 x 490 mm., slight foxing, coeval binding in half cloth and cardboard, worn.
