Rome, Angeli Bernabò, 1655. 4°. Copper-engraved vignette with the Barberini coat of arms, with 8 plates, 4 of which are folded, contemporary parchment binding, handwritten title on the spine. Bookplate on the flyleaf by Giovanni Battista Brocchi, ownership stamp on the title page, paper bookplate on the inside cover.

Original edition of this treatise, one of the first to be entirely dedicated to the description of the sanctuary of Fortuna Primigenia in Palestrina, accompanied by an apparatus of plates, among which a suggestive elevation view by Pietro da Cortona, engraved by Domenico Castelli, stands out.
