Venezia, eredi di Francesco de Franceschi, 1599. In 2°. Marca xilografica al frontespizio, 23 tavole e 2 tabelle a doppia pagina incise in legno, alone di umidità sulla metà inferiore del volume, legatura coeva in pergamena floscia, autore e titolo manoscritti al dorso, difetti e una piccola lacuna. Al frontespizio 2 timbri MD e Bibl. Caes. Med. Palat.; sulla carta di guardia ex libris datato 1777.
