Venezia, Vincenzo Valgrisi, 1563. In 2°. Marca tipografica al frontespizio, capilettera incisi ornati, moltissime incisioni in legno nel testo raffiguranti animali, piante, erbe medicinali, e insetti,qualche nota di mano antica, frontespizio con difetti e lacuna risarcita, primi fascicoli ed ultimo con rinforzi e restauri, macchie,strappi su diverse carte a pp.525-6 risarcito con schotch, manca ultima carta, legatura coeva in pergamena, al dorso liscio autore e titolo manoscritti, qualche macchia.
