Frontespizio stampato in rosso e nero con stemma del dedicatario Filippo III di Spagna inciso in legno e indicazione manoscritta "Dupl...", fregi e capilettera xilografici nel testo, legatura del secolo XVIII in pelle con filetti impressi a secco ai piatti, tagli rossi a spruzzo, contropiatti rivestiti di pagine a stampa da testo del XV secolo, difetti e abrasioni.
