Marca tipografica al frontespizio e in fine, capilettera xilografici, note marginali di mano antica, fioriture e qualche alone di umidità, foro di tarlo al margine bianco dell'ultimo fascicolo, alla carta d4 difetto della carta con perdita di 3 lettere, pergamena coeva, dorso manoscritto, tagli a spruzzo § Sydenham, Thomas. Opera omnia medica. Padova, Giovanni Manfrè, 1700. In 8°. marca tipografica al frontespizio, occhietto lacunoso e molto annotato, fioriture e bruniture, manca la carta e8 probabilmente bianca, legatura coeva in pergamena, dorso manoscritto, staccata (2).
