Firenze, ex Tipographia sub signo stellae, 1667. In 4°. Fregio al frontespizio, capilettera incisi in legno, 2 tavole ripiegate fuori testo, una tipografica e una xilografica, fioriture, legatura coeva in marocchino marrone impressa in oro, al piatti doppia cornice con filetti e rotella e elementi lanceolati agli angoli, dorso a 5 nervi con comparti riccamente decorati, tagli dorati, contropiatti rivestiti di carta decorata, qualche abrasione, angoli un po' consunti.
