A silver-plated metal plaque commemorating the Proclamation of the Italian Empire, May 9, 1936 – the 14th anniversary of the Fascist Era, mounted on a red velvet-covered tablet. The plaque features a relief depiction of a group of Fasci Lictors flanked by a row of Signum and hovering imperial eagles. On either side of the plaque is the speech the Duce gave on that occasion:
