Lot consisting of three typewritten service orders/memoranda of the LUCE National Institute , examined by the Duce before publication/distribution, with corrections and autographed notes in blue pencil, red pencil, and black ink added by Benito Mussolini
1) Note on two typewritten sheets headed ISTITUTO NAZIONALE LUCE (National Institute of Light) regarding the launch of a competition to produce a major sound and spoken film, marking the tenth anniversary of the March on Rome, celebrating the advent of Fascism and the Regime's work of spiritual and material renewal. Some lines have been crossed out and the text corrected in red pencil. The note " Sta bene " has been added, along with the handwritten signature MUSSOLINI on the left edge of the first sheet.
2) Note on a typewritten sheet of paper - ISTITUTO NAZ. LUCE PROMEMORIA from the Hon. President Sardi - Mandatory screening of LUCE sound films in public cinemas - confirming the application of the 1926 law and urging the Prime Minister's Office to monitor its implementation. Added note and autographed initials by the Duce, in blue pencil " Si / M ".
3) Note on a typewritten sheet of paper - IST. NAZ. LUCE PROMEMORIA by the President Hon. Sardi - REQUEST FROM THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE FOR PAYMENT FOR THE PLANETARIUM - which summarizes the debt of the Istituto LUCE to the State Treasury, and where it is suggested that the Ministry of Finance renounce "... demanding the cost of the instrument which would therefore be considered as property of the State, in perpetual delivery and use to the Istituto LUCE " added note and autographed initials by the Duce, in blue pencil " Write G.Marconi / M " aimed at questioning Guglielmo Marconi.
