Typewritten note of 4 pages written by Pietro Mascagni , with a final conclusion of 9 lines and an autograph signature in ink on the last page.

The report focuses on the following points

" a) Whether or not it is appropriate for operas, dramatic productions, cinematographic subjects and books to establish different deadlines for the termination of the relevant contract - omitted - b) Whether or not it is appropriate to maintain the retroactivity established by law for the termination of the contract - omitted - c) Whether or not it is appropriate to establish a double level of jurisdiction for the disputes in question - omitted - d) Whether or not it is appropriate to request the suppression of the derogation established by art. 44 of the trade union law with regard to the appointment of experts in the composition of the Labour Court "

The final handwritten part reads: " And now: a question and an answer to conclude - has Article 44 of the Copyright Law caused any damage to intellectual producers? - No, on the contrary, two composers of music have benefited from it. Ergo: Article 44 corresponds exactly to the purpose desired by the provident Legislator (and is this why it is intended to be amended?) - P-MASCAGNI "

Signed twice by Pietro Mascagni in full on page four, at the end of the typewritten text and at the final autograph conclusion.
Page size approximately 220x280 mm, evident tears on the right margins, wear
