Guitar that belonged to Lucio Battisti, given to him by his father during his adolescence, when he was embarking on a musical career with other artists, even touring Italy, as evidenced by his personal letters (which we find in the catalogue in this sale session).

Made of maple with mahogany accents for the red highlights on the back. It features a dark wood neck with the original fingerboard, headstock, and tuning machines, a pickguard designed to resemble a radiant sun, and metal string trees.
Inside the soundboard is a label containing the guitar's construction data, MOD. n. 3, and serial number, exactly " model 3" as reported on page 12 of the 1957 Carmelo Catania catalogue.
There is a detachment from the wooden edge band on the lower back, overall the guitar is in good condition
