" Regarding the matter mentioned in the enclosed note, I am in favour 1°/ of an immediate measure to increase the customs duty on zinc and lead 2° of insisting with the Treasury regarding the Vieille Montagne dispute. All the other questions should be left to a later time and for more in-depth examination - Mussolini "
