SALE 155

Please note that the results listed on this page are inclusive of Finarte Buyer's Premium and exclusive of any applicable taxes and costs, unless otherwise noted.

Our November sale dedicated to Asian Art presents an important selection of lots: prominent in the auction is an important collection of Chinese and Tibetan bronzes, ranging from the Ming dynasty to the 19th century, offered on the market for the first time.

Considerable attention is also dedicated to the porcelain, with a large pair of celadon-ground vases from a Milanese collection among the top lots.

The sale's highlights include a precious court robe "Jifu", dating from the mid-19th century,  together with a large plate decorated with the Eight Buddhist Symbols, both from the collection of an Italian diplomat at the Chinese court in the early 1900s.

Of major interest is our cover lot, also new to the market: a pair of cloisonné enamel jardinieres, dating to the late 18th century.
