The base rests on feral feet with lion heads at the corners, adorned with cherubs in the round and a frieze on the front with two eagles with outstretched wings holding a crown. The upper part features a frieze with an allegorical female figure beneath the white enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes.
Flaws and shortcomings.

Lot accompanied by ebony appraisal.
