A shaped white marble base with gilded bronze friezes rests on three truncated pyramid feet. The Three Graces, adorned with garlands of flowers, support the blue enameled globe that encloses the clock's movement and on which a cherub sits. The globe features a rotating white enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes.
