Original cover made by Silver for Lupo Alberto n. 421, published by McK in July 2020. Silver completed his apprenticeship in Bonvi's studio, where he worked on already well-known characters such as Nick Carter, Cattivik, and Capitan Posapiano. The turning point came in 1974: he debuted a comic strip of his own invention in Corriere dei Ragazzi, featuring farm animals. Although the first strip featured a rooster, a friendly blue wolf immediately stole the show: thus was born the forty-year success of Lupo Alberto. This is the first time a highly rare Lupo Alberto cover is on the market. Signed on the front, signed and stamped on the back.
