How bidding works

Information

A large stone paperweight engraved with a bas-relief of the Williamstown Tower, and a smaller leather-covered paperweight with the Rotary International symbol and member signatures. This second paperweight bears the inscription "Presented by Peoples State Bank Bessener" (Michigan). The paperweight was curiously used as a signature collector following a Rotary meeting around 1930.
