Straight, double-edged blade of hexagonal section, the base with groove on both sides, one featuring the inscription “GIO ANTONIO”, the other “GINAMMI (?)”. Typically shaped hilt, butt-plate with two valves, with four pierced circular sectors, curled parry quillons, two arms of the hilt; spherical pommel; numerous elements of the hilt with (refreshed) gilding and carved floral motifs. Leather-covered grip and Moor's head wire binding. Remains of burnishing in the hilt elements.
