Stiff body of combed felt with beautiful eagle trophy embroidered in gold cloth on a scarlet red background, fasces decoration with double central band, pre Mod. 38, of gilded threads and silver yarn on black cloth, gold tubular rope woven with Savoy knots, black silk tripoline fringe trimmings; inside with light brown leather sweat-band and silk cap with tailor's mark. Very good workmanship and excellent condition.
