Born in Paramaribo, Suriname, on April 1, 1976, Seedorf was a complete and charismatic midfielder, capable of leaving his mark on every team he played for, with a career studded with successes and memorable plays. He moved to AC Milan in 2002, where he enjoyed the longest and most successful period of his career. His palmarès with AC Milan is impressive: 2 Champions League titles (2002-03, 2006-07), becoming the first and only player to have won the Champions League with three different clubs; 2 Scudetti (2003-04, 2010-11); 1 Coppa Italia; 2 Italian Super Cups; 2 UEFA Super Cups; 1 FIFA Club World Cup. Seedorf was a key figure in Carlo Ancelotti's AC Milan side, a midfielder capable of dictating the pace of the game, winning back possession, and threatening the attack with his runs and powerful, accurate shots from outside the box. His elegant movements and quiet leadership made him an idol for Rossoneri fans.
