The IWC Ingenieur Jumbo SL, designed by Gérald Genta alongside the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak and the Patek Philippe Nautilus, was launched in 1976.Offering strong magnetic resistance, the model was targeted to engineers and professionals who were exposed to magnetic fields.It is estimated that less than 600 specimens were produced in steel featuring automatic movements.
