Milan, Guglielmini and Redaelli, 1840. In 4°. mm. 280 x 180. Woodcut frontispiece and vignette on the title page, text framed by a double fillet frame, 450 wood engravings in the text by Francesco Gonin, scattered reddenings and foxings, Elaborate binding in brown morocco, of the time with frames of gold fillets on the plates, at the corners festoons in relief in the center of the plate the initials "FBM" in gold, spine with 4 raised bands in calfskin, with author and title, in gold and decorations reliefs, some peeling, worn corners and with slight defects. On the counter-plate piece of "Santo Ricchini".
