Woodcut frieze on the title page, woodcut headpieces, friezes and drop caps, missing the frontispiece and plates, last blank sheet missing, half-title partially detached, slight halo on the upper outer corner, rare small spots, contains the Oration by Nicola Caracciolo C.R. Theatine said among the solemnities of the anniversary office in praise of Diego Pignatelli, coeval parchment binding, gaps on the spine, defects.
