Typographic mark on the title page, text on two columns in Greek and Latin, small woodworm holes in the white margin, halos of humidity, light burnishing, 17th century binding in brown leather, embossed in gold with double thread, "DND" monogram repeated at the corners and coat of arms of an Italian municipality with miter, crosier, turreted castle, palm and olive branch in the center of the plates, back with 6 nerves with gold impressions on the compartments, binding reassembled with restorations and defects.

Uncommon Edition & nbsp; to be on the market. & nbsp; Giovanni Xifilino, epitomator of the Roman History of Cassius Dio, lived in Constantinople in the second half of the 11th century. He was a monk and was the nephew of John VIII, patriarch of Constantinople, and a well-known preacher.
