Ritratti di Virgilio e di Annibal Caro alle antiporte, incisi da Ficquet su disegno di Zocchi, eleganti frontespizi, incisioni a piena pagina ad apertura di ciascun libro sempre opera di Zocchi, antiporta e culs de lampe incisi da Chenu, Defehrt, Lempereur, Leveau, Pasquier, Prevost etc., legatura coeva in vietllo maculato, cornici in oro ai piatti, tagli marmorizzati, difetti alle cuffie e alle cerniere.
