Manoscritto cartaceo, datato 1764, in 4°, 210 x 150 mm, 315 pagine numerate vergate in corsivo incluse 9 di indice, 2 tavole ripiegate raffiguranti gradi di successione, qualche alone di umidità, legatura coeva in cartonato lacunosa. § Giovanni Battista Bontà. [Formularium instrumentorum]. Manoscritto cartaceo, 1797 (sul dorso), in 8°, 155 x 110 mm, 207 carte numerate vergate in corsivo, altre bianche e infine un indice a rubrica, legatura coeva in pergamena a busta, dorso e piatto anteriore manoscritti, laccio mancante. Insieme nel lotto un altro manoscritto su carta "De contractibus in genere, et in specie Liber Primus" dell'inizio del XIX secolo.
