Foglio sciolto indicante i nomi degli autori, 2 frontespizi, di cui uno firmato da Ceroli con la riproduzione della scultura nella sua completezza, e l'altro, firmato da Chiari, con la riproduzione in nero della copertina dello spartito "Beethoven Symphony, No. 9 D minor Op. 125", seguono 25 bifolii con 1 foto di parte dell'opera di Ceroli e 1 foglio sciolto contenente un intervento di Chiari sullo spartito della 9 sinfonia, sporadiche fioriture, cofanetto editoriale in tela blu, fascia editoriale conservata.
