Spazi per capilettera con letterine guida, lacuna al margine superiore delle prime ed ultime carte, gore di umidità, alle sguardie pergamena di riuso del sec.XIV, legatura in marocchino marrone che conserva piatti dell'epoca con ricca decorazione impressa a secco, dorso posteriore, restauri ed abrasioni. Nota di possesso di antica mano al frontespizio (cancellata) ed al verso di carta siii.
