Magnini on the frontispiece, copperplate title page on the verso of the half-title, with 38 numbered plates, one of which is folded, woodcut royal decoration on the frontispiece, woodcut initials and decorations, slight foxing, contemporary hardback binding, handwritten title on the spine, minor defects.
Specialist Notes
First edition edited by the Bolognese engineer Giuseppe Antonio Alberti, who collaborated on important hydraulic and cadastral projects in Emilia and Romagna, particularly in Faenza and Bagnacavallo.
