length 98 cm.
Wide, curved, single-and-false-edged blade, with wide fuller and typical tip; small tang; the base engraved with a double-headed eagle on both sides. Back marked “Pottenstein” in cursive. Iron hilt with stirrup loop-guard, straight quillon with opening for the sword knot; long, smooth cap. Wooden grip covered with leather. Iron scabbard with two suspension rings. Rust damage. Rare.
