Two heavy, over-and-under, octagonal barrels with refreshed browning: rifled upper 14.5 mm cal. barrel with a brass foresight and iron rear sight with one fixed and one folding leaf, signed “MICHAEL SPOCK A NEUSTAT”; smoothbore, lower 15.2 mm cal. barrel with a plug secured to the stock by a small chain. Tang numbered “85”. Long locks with flat lockplates, entirely of iron, both locks functioning with double-set triggers. Wooden full stock in good condition, with carved outlines and engraved with scrolls; butt stock with cheekpiece and wooden patchbox; marked “C” under the butt-plate. Brass mounts. Trigger guard and double trigger. Leather strap. Complete with rare ramrod with wooden pommel.
